Guaranty Financial, Inc. began operation in
February 1994. Since that time, it has originated hundreds of millions of
dollars primarily for the secondary market.
Loan types include multifamily, shopping
centers, office buildings, manufactured home parks, self-storage units, assisted
living facilities, nursing homes, and a new hospital. Permanent loans and
construction loans have been originated throughout the southeast.

PRINCIPLES
1. Seek relationships with clients and
lenders rather than "deals."
2. Use professional experience and
knowledge of the market conditions to enhance value to our client
relationships.
3. Make every effort necessary to
insure client is comfortable and confident in any transaction undertaken.
4. Render service before any payment is
received. GFI accepts no application fee. A loan commitment (acceptable to
client) must be obtained before a fee is “considered”
earned. Payment occurs at loan closing.
5. Operate business in a manner whereby
honesty, integrity and ethics between client, lender and representatives
of GFI are never in doubt.
